LLM FINANCE & LAW OVERVIEW
The LLM in Finance and Law programme
The LLM Finance and Law programme is
specially designed to provide aspiring or
current legal and business practitioners
with an understanding of the methods
necessary for dealing with rapidly changing
issues in international commerce and
corporate finance.
Through case analysis and simulations,
students will gain a concrete, legal-
oriented comprehension of cutting-edge
accounting, corporate law, international
business transactions, and emerging
markets. Faculty will particularly explore
the financial legal structures of the
European Community and the United
States, as well as introduce students to
the most recent developments in finance
and law. Students will emerge from this
programme ready to handle challenging
financial aspects of their legal practice,
whether it be in a position at a law firm,
a financial corporation, or a governmental
regulatory body.
